Better Days, Student's in East Asia.

Even I live in Korea, I had to suffer same period like Gaokao in China. But I didn't see 'bullying' when went to middle or high school. But it has commonly done in our society. This movie is using both topic, Gaokao and bullying.

Anyone hopes to live a better life. In korea, many students have tried to study hard to go better University. It seems to be guranted if you go better university you can earn more money or get more fame than otherwise. This period stress you out. By the way, with friends sufferring same period, it can be bearable to prepare test. Maybe this system is same in China.

But main character in this movie be bullied by her classmates. In prolog, this movie start from a scene dying one student. Chen Nian knows why the classmate killed herself. Maybe All of the classmates who study in same class with her know about that. They saw bullying her by some students together. Bullying is very painful but Just onlooking is more painful for someone who needs helps. Chen Nian also was the one who just looking the bullying other classmate. But She didn't know the next target will be her.

One day she went home, she saw a boy be attacked by some guys. Chen Nian caught the second chance to make up for onlooking bullying before. When she suffered severe violence by some classmates, the boy prevented Chen from them. The girl and boy share their poor childhood and open mind to each. But at that time, what they can do to keep themselves is just standing this. By something criminal scandal, the boy was confined in pollice office for investigating. The tragedy happen to Chen in that point.

I wonder that this circumstance is right for Asian students. And to go University, I also studied in all my childhood. But my score was not good so I should choose university where I can go with this score. After 10 years, Am I not unhappy now? No. Just I ask to me, what is the happiness?

At least, I can said the better university is not guranted your happiness. And I think I have a responsibility to make world better. When I were seen bad things, I will solve those things by jutice. And I will ask me continuously, what should I do to be more happy?
